Laura and Eric took over cooking duties on Thanksgiving and made us what Eric calls the "Irish heart attack " breakfast. Sure was yummy!One of the local fishermen gave us this Sierra for dinner...we actually like it better than Dorado.

So what's in the Irish Heart Attack? Since we have Irish people on this boat, and Jim could live on meat and papas, we might need this recipe!
